Sjøbakken Camping is a good and reasonable alternative for staying in the center of Sunnmøre. You'll find us about 1.5 kilometers south of Aure center in Sykkylven municipal.

You can easily get to the many attractions situated close and in the immediate vicinity of Sykkylven. The ferry to Ålesund has a nigh schedule as well as leaving every 20 minutes during the day. At the same time, you'll be fully able to go for a day trip to Geiranger.

The town is encircled on three sides by tall, sharp mountains we call Sunnmøre-Alps, while the fourth leads out into Storfjorden, the fjord that also leads to the many attractions close by. We highly recommend taking a boating trip out on Sykkylvsfjorden. Many has fallen in love with Sykkylven and you are welcome to do the same.
